This is a fee-based on the complexity of the design. If you have a Basic Design all parts are basically made just needs some arranging then the Basic will work. Most designs will fall in the Advanced Design. If you want to really plan out a company brand then Premium Design is the fit.
 
If you want to own all design work after the design is completed you will want to choose "yes" to the "Original .psd & font files" option
